Just like planned, the first front-end and back-end courses are on the go in Bucharest.
The last few months was a very busy time for the franchisee’s managing team. The first weeks of operation were dedicated to marketing activities and recruitment of lecturers.
- The registration of students for the courses was closed in the first week of May – says Nicoleta Macineanu, who is in charge of the Coders Lab academy in Romania. - We succeeded to manage all this so fast because our partners in Poland were incredibly supportive. They provided us with precious insights about the business and shared their experience with us.
After the initial success, the Romanian team is not intending to rest on their laurels. Nicoleta Macineanu declares that until the end of 2019 there will be another six courses organized. The shortage of software developers in Romania is estimated at 20,000, so the road is open for all those who want to make a career in this field.
Coders Lab IT School continues foreign expansion based on the franchising model. The Polish bootcamp is looking for companies and entrepreneurs who would like to expand their company's offer with IT courses.
- Our concept fits perfectly into companies such as vocational and language schools, private universities, software companies or even job boards and recruitment companies. As a franchisor, we offer our experience and management tools necessary to efficiently open your own bootcamp and get another source of income - says Grzegorz Morawski, franchise manager at Coders Lab.
